Blood culture bottle

Blood culture bottle is used to grow and identify microorganisms in a blood sample. This test helps diagnose infections and determine the type of treatment that may be most effective. Tryptone soya broth (TSB) is a nutrient-rich medium used in microbiology laboratories to grow a wide variety of microorganism especially aerboic bacteria. Available in 50ml for adults and 30ml for paeds blood samples.
